St. Rocco Foundation is now launching a foster campaign. We will develop this campaign as we go along and get pull-rights from the deadliest kill facilities of the United States. Rescue action will be foster-based solely at this point. We are proud and excited to announce that St. Rocco Foundation is now approved to pull dogs from kill-list in Big Spring, Texas.
